The Planning Division is responsible for reviewing Land Use Applications for compliance with Josephine County Code Title 19 and state law, including zoning, subdivision and development regulations. Staff facilitates public hearings with the Josephine County Planning Commission, as well as the Board of County Commissioners.
Josephine County Community Development — Planning Division has implemented an electronic permit/application system. This system is used in the office to issue and track permits and applications. In addition, the system allows access by permit holders and contractors to track their project status. Please note that payment must be done at the Planning Division at this time.
