Aug 2, 2024I had to backdate my insurance by a day as I would not be approved to waive my insurance otherwise. Ben from the customer relations teams was of great help. He resolved the issue within a couple of minutes, which would have costed me a lot of time and money otherwise!!

Jessie was very patient and professional, make a lot of things clear, and more importantly, Jessie can communicate very effectively and clearly. Jessie described the whole point in complete sentences, not just sentence fragments, so it's very easy to understand her point.
